Concept trailer video, I show a visual commentary on what a film idea might
look like. The purpose of this concept trailer video is to show and consider
ideas for a particular film or not, By making this concept trailer video I use
video clips from existing productions to create different stories that give a
new meaning.
In this
trailer, I have converted original video clips by adding My unique value such
as Remembrance to 4K, Coloring clips, and adding high quality video editing to
create completely new movie trailers. These are derivative works as defined in
the United States Copyright Act 17 U.S.C. § 101, and as a result, may find
protection in copyright claims under the doctrine of proper use. Trailer
concepts are not just a user-generated form of digital invention but a way to
create anticipation of the upcoming release, which works in conjunction with
current movie trailers.
Movie trailers are designed to provide minimal details of the plot and create hype and anticipation. The concept trailer mashup allows audiences to create their own cinematic spin on current movie images. This allows the trailer to focus on a specific character or part of the film. It may even completely change the structure or the type of film.
